General notes
- No set-up or dismantling passes are required for the set-up and dismantling periods.
- Access to the CCH site during set-up and dismantling periods is subject to a cash deposit scheme (see traffic guide).
- Smoking is prohibited inside the hall.
Assembly times 2026

- On the final day of set-up, Tuesday 1 September 2026, all aisles in the hall must be cleared by 6.00 pm. Empty containers must be removed in good time. Deliveries of exhibition goods and any work that generates dirt will no longer be permitted in the hall after 6.00 pm.
- Please note: Empty containers and waste must be removed from the hall every day.
Dismantling times 2026

- In the interests of all visitors, dismantling may only begin once the event has officially ended.
- The hall will only be made available for the delivery of empty and full containers and work equipment once all visitors have left the hall and the Hall Manager has given the go-ahead.

Delivery of exhibits
Deliveries of exhibits and other materials for exhibition stands can only be made via our official contractor DSV Fairs & Events GmbH. Direct acceptance or confirmation by Hamburg Messe is not possible. Our official contractor is available for all transports.
